The Texas Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association (TISCA) is an organization that promotes the general welfare of swimming, diving, and water polo throughout the State of Texas.
The organization was founded in 1959 as a way to organize and recognize the sports of swimming, diving, and water polo at the state level.
